The system supplies paint through pipe from the Mixing Room to the Manual Zone and the Robot Zone positioned to spray the paint. (Applicable to Water and Oil solubility) Other subsidiary facilities are Hydraulic Unit, Cooling & Heating System and Air Line and the operator can build a Monitoring System to the control the level of the System and its temperature, etc. with Monitor.

Module Unit

Mixing Room
Divided into the storeroom of paint and machine room, and managed hydraulic power unit, cold & hot water control system, electric control system, etc with a centralized system to manage the pressure, flow rate, viscosity, temperature, etc of paint for spraying the product.

Heat Exchanger
Installed to keep the temperature of paint maintained for a certain time to upgrade the quality of paint. Heat exchanger has tube in tube, triple type, etc in its kind.

Sealing
Supply high-viscosity paint, including sealing, under wax, wax and other RPP through pipeline, using high-pressure pump for waterproof, soundproof, anti corrosive, etc.
